Program Requirements

  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Must have availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), between the dates of June 2 – August 1, 2025
  • Demonstrated leadership potential
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
